  •  LCAS (Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist): Provide expert support and guidance for individuals navigating addiction recovery. Requires appropriate certification and commitment to compassionate care.
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker): Deliver counseling and social support services, collaborate on care plans, and advocate for mental health and wellbeing. Must be licensed and dedicated to destigmatizing mental health.
  • Therapist: Facilitate individual and group therapy. Seeking empathetic candidates with strong communication skills and relevant licensure.
  • Care Team Managers: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary care teams, drive quality improvement, and support staff development. Supervisory and organizational abilities required.
  • Care Team Monitors: Oversee client progress and compliance, ensure appropriate follow-up, and communicate care concerns. Experience in care coordination or monitoring preferred.
  • Peer Support Specialist: Empower clients using lived experience to foster hope and resilience. Training or certification preferred, and ability to lead group discussions and connect individuals with community resources is essential.
