Our Partnerships

Creative Directions is a committed behavioral health partner with North Carolina’s leading managed care organizations, including Trillium Health Resources, Vaya Health, Alliance Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, to deliver high-quality, person-centered mental health and substance use services for Medicaid members and uninsured individuals in our communities. Through these partnerships, we align our outpatient and community-based supports with each plan’s clinical, quality, and care-management standards so that individuals with mental health, substance use, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injury needs can access coordinated, evidence-informed care close to home.
